Des Moines Water Works is seeking water main replacement services for infrastructure improvement.

Description

Excavation, installation, backfill, testing, surface restoration, cleanup, and miscellaneous associated work, to complete installation of approx. 50' of 6" ductile Iron water main, 870' of 8" ductile Iron water main, 1,600' of 12" ductile Iron water main, 1,060' of 8" polyvinyl Chloride water main, and 1,400' of 12" polyvinyl Chloride water main and consists of connections to existing mains, installation of appurtenances and water service transfers, disconnection of mains to be abandoned, and removal of old surface facilities. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.

The scope includes absence management, scheduling, time & labor, and related automations to improve productivity, redual review, and support effective allocation of resources. Modules should support configurable rules, role-based permissions, and audit-ready reporting.
