Professional engineering firm(s) to perform utilities engineering services specific expertise in design, construction, and operation of potable water systems, wastewater systems, reclaimed water systems, and related fields. The selected firm should have extensive knowledge and experience in the area of sanitary sewer collection, transmission and biological treatment; reverse osmosis potable water treatment and distribution systems; reclaimed water transmission and distribution systems; and hydrogeological systems with qualified experienced staff in these areas. City encourage the participation of Small Business Entities and Labor Surplus Area businesses in this contract.
