Description
Work includes approx. 2,045 SY of pulverizing and grading of existing asphalt pavement; 40 LF of 30" RCP storm sewer; 40 LF of 18" RCP storm sewer; 60 LF of 18" CMP storm sewer; 2,900 SY of topsoil restoration, seeding, fertilizing and mulching; 2,612 LF of 2 1/4" hot-mix asphalt binder course, type 3 MT.
This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
Bidder agrees that the Work will be substantially completed on or before September 30, 2026 and will be completed and ready for final payment on or before October 30, 2026.
Various locations are Martinson Road, Windsor Road, Vinburn Road, Grinde Road and Hawk Trail.
