This solicitation has some or all Federal funding, additional requirements may apply. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement. DVBE- 3%. Questions regarding this IFB must be submitted by 2:00 p.m. on November 4, 2025. Bidders must submit their questions via e-mail to Michael.Dean@dot.ca.gov.
