Description

Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) firms (Proposer) for pre-construction services and the construction of the park. Retrofit of an existing stormwater detention pond to a tiered stormwater wetlands with walking path and park amenities. The project scope includes development of aesthetic water features, multi-use path, cast-in-place concrete retaining walls, elevated observation deck, seating, site lighting, landscaping, other park features, erosion/sediment control measures, labor and materials necessary to install the authorized work. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. Question writing due by 5:00 P.M. local time, December 2, 2025.
