The City of San Ramon (“ City ”) requests a Statement of Qualifications (“ SOQ ”) from qualified individuals or firms (individually, a “ Respondent ” and collectively, “ Respondents ”) for On-Call Materials Testing & Construction Inspection Consulting Services (“ Services ”). The City requires On-Call Materials Testing & Construction Inspection Consulting Services (“ Services ”) for grading, paving, minor concrete work, installation of irrigation and storm drainage pipe, welding; and other public works construction projects, occasional integrity/structural testing of existing infrastructure, and other related work.
