Commercial real estate firms, brokers, or professionals with experience and expertise in successful sales / purchases / leases of commercial real estate. The period of performance of any contract resulting from this solicitation is tentatively scheduled to begin on or about May 01, 2026, and to end on April 30, 2029. Amendments extending the period of performance, if any, shall be at the sole discretion of County. County reserves the option to renew the contract for two (2) additional twelve (12) month terms.
