PSP Eastern Region Canine Veterinary Services

Perform scheduled and unscheduled veterinary services for approximately nine (17) dogs for the Pennsylvania State Police (PSP), Bureau of Emergency and Special Operations (BESO) eastern region located in Hershey, PA.Questions must be submitted in writing to RA-SPPSPBIDS@PA.GOV no later than October 21, 2025 at 11:00 a.m.Offerers must complete the cost matrix provided in its entirety and upload with bid submission.  Worker Protection and Investment form BOP-2201 provided must be completed by an authorized vendor representative and uploaded with bid submission.Current certificate of insurance must be uploaded with bid submission listing PA State Police as certificate holder and containing language as additional insured.Valid Commonwealth of Pennsylvania licensure must be uploaded with bid submission.ONLY ELECTRONIC BID RESPONSES WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR SUBMISSION.  All bidders are responsible for monitoring the DGS eMarketplace website to view any change notices for this IFB.  Any change notices shall become incorporated as part of this bid.  In order to submit your bid response, interested vendors must be registered.  To register, obtain a vendor number, and to allow for submission of an online bid, please visit www.pasupplierportal.state.pa.us
