Description

Seeking proposals from qualified construction management at risk firms for the cruise terminal 10 landside improvement project. The project includes improvements to accommodate larger vessels with capacities of approximately 7,000 passengers. An expansion of the building to provide additional queueing areas, improve the passenger security screening, general (750 seats) and vip (250 seats) passenger seating, and a separate building for luggage laydown area is anticipated This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by Kansas City Board of Public Utilities ('Purchaser') for a Workforce Management Software solution. The scope includes absence management, scheduling, time & labor, and related automations to improve productivity, redual review, and support effective allocation of resources. Modules should support configurable rules, role-based permissions, and audit-ready reporting.
