Description

Construct a new 14" high-pressure steam line between two existing point-of-connections within central heating and cooling plant. Work includes shop and field pipe welding, fabrication and installation of structural steel supports, seismic hangers and restraint systems, system pressure testing, pipe insulation, and concrete (grout) work. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement. Mandatory prebid meeting was held on Nov 12, 2025. SBE, DVBE are encouraged.
