Description

Provide comprehensive monthly water treatment, chemical supply, and semi-annual cleaning for the building s critical cooling and heating infrastructure. The primary goal is to prevent scale, corrosion, and biological growth (specifically legionella) while maintaining peak equipment efficiency. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. Deadline for Written Questions Friday, February 6, 2026, at 5:00 pm. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
