Aurora Park Phase 1A Construction

Work includes but not limited to the following items the reconfiguration of the main park entrance and intersection, asphalt parking lots, park roads, asphalt trails, concrete walks, unit pavers, aggregate surfacing, fencing, gates and gate operators, dumpster enclosure, boat ramp with dock and accessible kayak launch, Gatehouse plaza with two restored/reconstructed open air building structures with restroom facilities, restoration of pier, dock, and shelter, new utilities including; water lines, sanitary sewer service along with temporary pumping station, storm sewers, electrical power and site lighting, natural gas, fiber optics with site security cameras, naturalized lake edge with hardscaped gathering spaces, lawns and landscaping.
