A mandatory Pre- Bid Meeting will be held November 19, 2025, at 12 pm at 11600 White Rapids Road, Charlotte 28214. Sealed bids are due to CMS Building Services 3301 Stafford Drive, Charlotte, NC 28208 Attn: Yolanda Fergerson hand delivered or mailed only NLT 2pm on Monday, December 1, 2025. A public bid will occur at this time. Any bid proposals received after this date and time will be rejected. A 5% bid bond will be required for all bids. 100% Payment and Performance Bonds will be required for successful bidder before the contract can be awarded.
