Description

Provide district warehouse exterior renovation. The work includes but is not limited to, demolition of existing features to include stoops, siding, pavement, doors, etc; civil site work to include grading, asphalt paving, erosion control and utility installation; concrete placement, Concrete Masonry Unit (CMU) repair, door installations, window and louver screen repair, electrical and mechanical system installation.
