Description

Bids by licensed contractors for demolition and removal of the below mentioned real property will be received at the Community Development Department (CDD), Decatur City Hall, 402 Lee Street NE, PO Box 488, Decatur, Alabama, 35602-0488, until9:00 AMonTUESDAY, JANUARY 27, 2026. All bids will be publicly read aloud at that time. All bids are to be submitted on this form, sealed in an envelope marked “Demolition Bid” with the subject property address and the time and date of the bid opening. ALL BIDS SUBMITTED BY MAIL MUST BE RECEIVED IN THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT OFFICE PRIOR TO THECLOSE OF BUSINESS ON THE DATE PRECEDING THE ACTUAL BID OPENING DATE.
