The Program Opportunity Notice (PON) for the Transforming Energy in Schools Initiative (TESI) is to support the full or substantial decarbonization of schools located in low-income communities. This is an effort to provide approximately $11 million in funding to each community (a total of $57 Million is available across the Commonwealth)
