The purpose and intent of this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is to select a qualified respondent for the acquisition, construction, and deployment of prefabricated concrete artificial reef modules to at least one (1), and potentially two (2) and/or all three (3) artificial reef sites in offshore state waters of the Gulf of America that are each approximately 37-42 feet deep
