Ada County Comprehensive Plan (RFP)

Assist the Ada County Development Services Department in drafting a Comprehensive Plan. The current Comprehensive Plan was adopted in 2016, and since that time the County has experienced significant population growth, development pressure, infrastructure expansion, and changing land-use dynamics. This long-range planning effort will guide growth and decision-making over the next 10-20 years. This Agreement will become effective on the Effective Date and shall remain in effect until September 30, 2026, unless otherwise terminated under the terms of this Agreement.
