Description

Provide construction manager at risk services for full roof replacement of the metro buildings and grounds building and the district administration building, along with a partial roof replacement of the metro recreation center, west recreation center, and east student services building. Work Locations West, East, Metro Campus, District Office. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
