Hennepin County Purchasing is seeking street reconstruction with utility upgrades for road improvement and safety enhancements

Description

Work consists of 0.695 centerline miles of street reconstruction including storm sewer, sanitary sewer and water main replacement along CSAH 51. The project will convert the existing rural section to an urban section with curb and gutter and sidewalk. Four retaining walls will be constructed with the project. New street lighting will also be installed along CSAH 51. Along CSAH 19 only, 0.177 centerline miles of mill and overlay will be constructed. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. Clarification due 1/27/2026 2:00 PM.

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by Kansas City Board of Public Utilities ('Purchaser') for a Workforce Management Software solution.
