Description

Provide professional architectural and engineering design. The services may include, reports, assessments, studies, preliminary plans, working drawings, regulatory approval, performance criteria, cost estimates, bidding support, and construction support. Technical and contract related questions should be directed to Brad Tress, Project Director, at brad.tress@dgs.ca.gov. The estimated duration of this contract will be 5 years. This solicitation has some or all State funding, additional requirements may apply. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
