Provide construction management services for the EMTS NTC Lab Remodel & NTC lab solar implementation project. Project aims to upgrade and remodel office & laboratory spaces to increase its functionality, address recurring HVAC and mechanical issues, comply with structural/seismic code and bring the site up to a level of “world-class” laboratory facility.
