Description

Seeks a qualified contractor to perform assessments, and routine, restorative, and reconstructive maintenance on just over 3,000 District-owned and installed green stormwater infrastructure (GI) to keep them in good working order per the 2020 Stormwater Management Guidebook. The contractor will provide maintenance reports including detailed information for tracking, invoicing, and reporting to the DOEE’s Self- Inspection Self-Reporting program. Maintenance reports (work completion reports) will list activities performed, hours of staff time billed, and quantities of materials used during the maintenance of the GI. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.

The scope includes absence management, scheduling, time & labor, and related automations to improve productivity, redual review, and support effective allocation of resources.
