Human Resource Information

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, through its Default Data Conversion Department (1175CONVD), has issued RFP BD-25-1175-1175C-1175L-124871 for a Human Resource Information System (HRIS). The main purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals for a comprehensive HRIS solution. The scope of the project includes, but is not limited to, providing a system that meets the business and system requirements detailed in "HRIS RFQ Attachment 2 - Business and Systems Requirements.xlsx." Key requirements also involve adherence to the "Data Management and Confidentiality Agreement", Generative AI standards, SaaS Additional Terms and IPAWE. The selected vendor will be expected to enter into a Master Service Agreement (MSA), the form of which is provided as "HRIS RFQ Attachment 1 - Form of MSA HRIS.docx." Proposers should review all attachments thoroughly, including those related to data management, confidentiality, and system requirements, to ensure their proposed solution meets the Commonwealth's needs.
