Other fishery and wildlife business as needed.Election Information: To be eligible to make nominations or vote in an election of a Fish & Game Advisory Committee, you must be a voting-age resident of the area served by the committee as defined in 5 AAC 96.910(10) and attending the election meeting. The areas served by the Petersburg Fish and Game Advisory Committee as defined in 5 AAC 97.005 are Game Management Units 1B, 1C, 2, 3, and 4.For updates to this agenda or to view the minutes following a meeting please see the Petersburg AC meeting page link above or contact Sam Kirby from ADF&G Boards Support Section at (907) 269-6977. Advisory Committees are established to provide a local forum on fish and wildlife issues. Their purpose includes: 1) developing regulatory proposals, 2) evaluating regulatory proposals and making recommendations to the appropriate board, 3) providing a local forum for fish and wildlife conservation and use, including matters relating to habitat, and 4) cooperating and consulting with interested persons and organizations, including government agencies, and encourage youth and elder involvement in committee activities.If you are a person who needs a special accommodation in order to participate in any of these public meetings, please contact the Boards Support Section at 907-269-6977 no later than 48 hours prior to the meeting, to make any necessary arrangements
