NOTICE TO BIDDERS The City of Lathrop (“City”), will accept sealed bids for the construction of public improvements for itsEast Lathrop Water Main and Lateral Upgrades, CIP PW 24-12. (“Project”), at City of Lathrop, California (“City”). Sealed bids will be received at the office of the City Clerk of the City of Lathrop, located at 390 Towne Centre Drive, Lathrop, CA untilNovember 4, 2025 at 2PM. Bids submitted by mail shall be addressed to: City of Lathrop, Attention City Clerk, 390 Towne Centre Drive, Lathrop, CA 95330 and conform to Submission of Bids standards within this Section. The bids will be publicly opened and read atNovember 4, 2025 at 2PM. Bidder considering bidding on this project must attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting to be held onOctober 23, 2025 at 10AMat 390 Towne Centre Drive, Lathrop, CA 95330. The work to be performed under this contract is generally described as but not limited to the construction of approximately 4,700 linear feet of new 8-inch PVC water main pipe to replace existing 6-inch ACP water mains. The work also includes replacing service laterals, appurtenances, valves, hydrants and interconnections with existing mains. DIR Registration.Bidder must submit proof of DIR Registration with Bid Proposal, no exceptions. Pursuant to Labor Code Section 1725.5, all Subcontractors identified in a Bidder’s Subcontractors’ List shall be DIR Registered Contractors. If awarded the Contract for the Work, at all times during performance of the Work, the Bidder and all Subcontractors, of any tier, shall be a DIR Registered Contractors The City of Lathrop does not sell copies of the plans and specifications, but they may be purchased through ARC athttps://www.e-arc.com/location/stockton/.
