Naloxone Convenience Kits

The Department of Health (Department), Office of Drug Surveillance and Misuse Prevention (ODSMP) located at 625 Forster Street, 6th Floor, Harrisburg, PA 17120 is soliciting 6,996 naloxone convenience kits.
