Description

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held Tuesday, January 27, 2026, at 4:00 P.M. local time. The meeting will be held at Austin East Magnet High School, 2800 Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue, Knoxville, TN 37914. All attendees must enter at the main entrance. Bidders (General Contractors) must have a representative present at the mandatory pre-bid meeting for their bids to be considered.
