Description

The cities are seeking proposals from highly qualified engineering firms with significant experience designing, engineering and managing the construction of FTTPp networks, particularly publicly owned FTTP networks. Proposers must be capable of providing onsite fielding and construction management services. If proposers have questions regarding this solicitation, questions shall be submitted in writing to Mr. Rivera. Responses to questions will not be answered until after January 5, 2026 and all responses will be issued by email.
