Description
The A/E will be required to provide the appropriate personnel, materials, equipment, management, software, scheduling, quality and cost controls to perform highly complex dam and levee safety modification services, designs, and support and quality assurance monitoring during construction. Disciplines required as a minimum to meet service needs include geotechnical engineering, hydraulic engineering, hydrologic engineering, geologic engineering, geotechnical engineering, geomorphologic engineering, geophysical engineering, seismological engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, structural engineering, civil/site engineering, scheduling, quality assurance staff, surveyors, planning, cost engineering, related to flood control dam and levee safety evaluations, consequence determination, environmental evaluations, geographic information systems expertise, computer aided design and drafting, construction cost engineering and estimating, construction cost and schedule risk analysis, construction engineering, construction Quality Assurance, and surveying will be required to support the program.
