Versailles is seeking crack sealing services for street maintenance and repair.

Description

Construction of 2026 CCMG Crack Sealing Project. The project includes the crack-sealing of portions of 5 streets in the Town. Work to include clean cracks with compressed air; sweep clean; full-depth patch asphalt base as needed; seal cracks with a hot rubber modified asphalt matrix; pavement markings; adjust castings as needed; and other miscellaneous items. This solicitation has some or all Federal funding, additional requirements may apply. Locations:Main St. from US 50 to 2nd North St; Washington St. from US 50 to 2nd North St.; Tyson St. from Monroe St. to High St.; Benham Rd. from SR 129 to the Corporation Limits; and 1st North St. from Monroe St to the (West) Dead End.

The scope includes absence management, scheduling, time & labor, and related automations to improve productivity, redual review, and support effective allocation of resources.
