George Lincoln Mosher Elementary School 1st Floor Flooring

Work consists of remove and properly dispose of all 12" x 12" tile flooring on the 1st floor of elementary school. Provide dumpster and dispose of all tile, adhesive, and debris in accordance with local waste regulations. Clean concrete surface to remove adhesive and contaminants. Grind surface imperfections to achieve a smooth, level finish. Perform patching or repairs as needed to ensure a uniform surface. Power scrub and/or wet mop entire surface to remove all dust. Install new black rubber baseboards throughout. Perform final cleaning of walls, ceilings, windows, and doors. RFI due on 11/18/25, 1:00 PM. DVBE goal 3%. Questions received less than SEVEN (7) calendar days prior to the date for opening bids may not be answered. This solicitation has some or all Federal and State funding, additional requirements may apply. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
