Description

Riley County, Kansas ("County") is seeking proposals for a civic use for the property at 115 Courthouse Plaza, Manhattan, Riley County, Kansas 66502 ("Property"). The Property formerly housed the First Christian Church of Manhattan, Kansas.The purpose of this RFP is to explore the economic and practical feasibility of the Property being converted by an interested civic user to a community purpose while maintaining compliance with the U.S. Secretary of the Interior's Standards for Rehabilitation.

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by Kansas City Board of Public Utilities ('Purchaser') for a Workforce Management Software solution.
