2026 Spring CDBG Pavement Rehabilitation Project

Work consists of pavement rehabilitation, includes, header & slot grinding existing pavement, placement of asphalt base pavement, placement of asphalt leveling course, placement of ARHM overlay, placement of PCC sidewalk, removal and replacement of PCC curb & gutter, ac berm, drive approaches, curb ramps, installation of detectable warning surfaces, adjustment of water valves & covers, adjustment of manhole rings & covers, installation of traffic signal loops, installation of video detection system, thermoplastic striping and marking removal and replacement, and installation and adjustment of other appurtenances. Q&A deadline is on 11/21/25, 10:00 AM. This solicitation has some or all Federal, State, and Local funding, additional requirements may apply. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
