RFQ Professional Services - Wastewater Treatment Facility Operation and Maintenance

The City of Springfield, Georgia is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms to manage, operate, and maintain the City¿s Wastewater Treatment Facility. Services will include all aspects of facility operation, maintenance, laboratory testing, sampling, reporting, and regulatory compliance in accordance with the City¿s National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit and all applicable State and Federal requirements. The selected firm will be expected to provide certified wastewater operators, maintain all required licenses and certifications, and ensure reliable and compliant performance of the City¿s 0.6 MGD extended aeration treatment facility. Coordination with City staff and consulting engineers will also be required during upcoming facility upgrades and expansion.
