Description

The Port of Garfield is Soliciting qualifications and proposals from professional Architect-Enginer firm for the design and engineering of the Central Ferry Boat Ramp and Dock inprovement project on the Snake River. Scope of work will be for a comprehensive design of a reinforced concrete boat ramp and floating dock system. Evaluation of existing underwater structures and ramp damage. Coordinaion with the US Army Corps of Engineers and Washisngton State agencies for enenviromental compliance. Preparation of bid-ready documents, cost estimates and tecknical specifications.Selection will be based on demonstrated expertise in marine infrastructure and best-value qualifications.
