Description

The Brockton Housing Authority (BHA) is soliciting bids (RFP# BD-25-1947-PUR03-PUR03-121682) for On-Call Elevator Maintenance, Repair, and Inspectional Services. The purpose of this RFP is to establish a contract with a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive elevator services for the BHA. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, preventative maintenance, emergency repairs, mandated inspections, and general upkeep of elevators located within BHA properties. Key requirements include: * Providing timely and responsive on-call maintenance and repair services. * Performing all work in accordance with applicable codes, regulations, and safety standards. * Conducting required inspections and maintaining accurate records. * Attending a mandatory Pre-Bid Conference scheduled for October 15, 2025, at 9:00 AM, located at the Brockton Housing Authority, 45 Goddard Road, Brockton, MA 02301.
