10th Street Transit Acceleration Plan (Request for Qualifications)

Task 1 project kick-off and technical coordination define roles, responsibilities, and schedule with city staff. Align with mobility development plan (mdp), existing mobility hub concepts, and capital projects. Establish technical coordination protocols (e. G. , data sharing, agency coordination, stakeholder briefings). Task 2 corridor assessment analyze existing transit service performance and travel times along 10th street. Identify physical, operational, and network constraints affecting transit speed,reliability and first/ last mile connections. Evaluate traffic signal timing, congestion points, lane widths, and opportunities for dedicated or shared priority treatments. Question Acceptance Deadline 10/14/2025 11:00 AM EDT.
