Hard shoulder running and ITS installation - excavation, aggregate base material; asphalt concrete; rumble strip cylindrical asphalt; saw-cut asphalt concrete; full depth reclamation; guardrail; signs; pavement marking, see attached file. This solicitation has some or all Federal funding, additional requirements may apply.
