Blackford County is seeking culvert replacement services for County Road 500 East infrastructure improvements

Description

Work for which proposals are to be received is for the replacement of Small Structure 004 carrying County Road 500 East over Slocum Ditch. The work will consist of replacing the existing 11 foot diameter corrugated metal pipe and headwalls with a 12 foot by 12 foot reinforced concrete box culvert with headwalls and wingwalls. The existing HMA pavement above the structure will be replaced. Pavement work will consist of 100 feet of full depth HMA pavement with milling and resurfacing on both sides. A total of 170 feet of roadway work is required. Riprap will be installed for scour protection on both ends of the proposed culvert. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.

The scope includes absence management, scheduling, time & labor, and related automations to improve productivity, redual review, and support effective allocation of resources.
