4th Street TIB Sidewalk Bid - City of Sprague

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDSCity of Sprague4th Street Sidewalk ProjectSealed bids will be received at Sprague City Hall, 119 West Second Street, PO Box 264, Sprague, WA 99032, until 11:00:00 am, Friday, February 6, 2026, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.Base Bid: The base bid work generally consists of constructing approximately 1,020 linear feet of cement concrete sidewalk along 4th Street including curb ramps, traffic curb, and crosswalk markings. Work shall also include installation of rapid-flashing beacons (RRFBs) and an advanced warning beacon (CRFB), and other related work.Twenty-five (25) working days will be allowed to achieve physical completion of the Base Bid.Each proposal must be submitted on the prescribed form and accompanied by cash, a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond, payable to the City of Sprague, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond and payment bond, each in the full amount of the contract price.Bidders may obtain project documents at the Century West Engineering online plan room atwww.centurywestplanroom.com. Bidders may download digital documents at no cost and obtain printed documents, at Bidders Expense, by choosing the “Order” option. Posted on this plan room, under the “Documents” section, is an Official list of locations where documents may be examined. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office.
