A pre-bid meeting/Site Walk-Thru will be held at 10:00 AM local time, January 6th, 2026 at the MnDOT Virginia Headquarters Conference Room, 101 Hoover Road North, Virginia, MN 55792. All questions will be due by January 9th, 2026. The pre-bid meeting is mandatory for Prime Bidders. Virtual Option will be available. Please contact AP representative at the end of this section to be added to the virtual option. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement. This project has a 7% (seven percent) targeted group (TG), economically disadvantaged (ED), and veteran-owned (VO) small business (TG/ED/VO) subcontracting goal established for the construction manager.
