Case Management Software

The Delaware Department of Labor (LAB) is soliciting proposals for a Case Management Software solution, as outlined in RFP number LAB25454-CASE_MANAG. The primary objective of this RFP is to identify a vendor capable of providing a comprehensive software system to support and enhance the Department's case management processes. The scope of the project encompasses the provision, implementation, and maintenance of a robust and scalable case management software.
