Description
The scope of this project is to remove and replace existing reservoir No 5 liner. CDCR Reservoir No 5 is a non occupied building housing the open pit reservoir. Reservoir No 5 building improvements include (1) structural improvements to existing building frame (2) remove and replace existing building roof (3) remove and replace existing building envelope with new fiber cement siding, and (4) add access improvements for maintenance personnel.
This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. Letters of Inquiry Submission Date October 17, 2025. 3% DVBE.
