RFP: Olde Town Conyers LCI Plan Update

The City of Conyers, GA is updating its Livable Centers Initiative (LCI) Plan for the physical development and redevelopment of Olde Town Conyers and invites qualified consultants to respond to this proposal. Qualified consultants shall have proven expertise in current and future land use planning, ordinance drafting, economic development, place making, demography, emerging trends, community visioning, and public engagement. The selected consultant will be responsible for the management and execution of this project, including implementing quality community engagement, communicating with staff, and producing the required final documents.
