Description

The purchase of curb & gutter inlet frame & covers to be placed on an Annual Contract. Orders will be placed on an as-needed basis throughout the contract term. The contract period will be May 1, 2026 through April 30, 2027. The contract shall automatically renew for up to four (4) successive one (1) year renewal terms unless either party provides written notice of intent not to renew at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the then-current term.
