City of Minot Water & Sewer Building

Includes the demolition of the existing pre-engineered metal building housing the water and sewer department and the construction of a new facility for the department. The new facility will be a single-story pre-engineered metal building structure with a concrete slab on grade, frost protected shallow foundations, interior metal stud framing and drywall, and various finishes. Spaces will include offices, break rooms, locker rooms, conference room, lab, meter shop, storage, and other ancillary spaces. In addition to the building, related site construction, paving, landscaping, and other work indicated in the contract documents is included. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. Substantial Completion is the bid number of calendar days not to exceed 400 calendar days.
