Central Reservation and Sales System (RSS) for WI State Park System

The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR) is soliciting proposals (RFP #27-522-39) for a Central Reservation and Sales System (RSS) to support the Wisconsin State Park System. The primary purpose of this RFP is to identify a vendor capable of providing a comprehensive, modern, and user-friendly system for managing reservations and sales activities within the state park system. The scope includes development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of the RSS. Key requirements include the ability to handle online reservations for campsites, lodging, and other park amenities; manage point-of-sale transactions for park passes, merchandise, and services; generate reports and analytics on park usage and revenue; and integrate with existing state systems.
