Description

Work consists of repair, alteration, modernization, maintenance, rehabilitation, demolition and construction of infrastructure, buildings, structures, or other real property. Pre-bid meeting was held on 09/24/25, 10:00 AM at Facilities Planning & Management Bldg. 49, Conference Room A. RFI due on 09/26/25, 5:00 PM. Term of contract will be for 1 year. DVBE goal 3%. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
