Description
The County of Mercer is requesting proposals from appraisal firms interested in providing general appraisal services to the County. The successful firm(s) must have significant experience in providing appraisal services to New Jersey counties and/or other New Jersey public entities. Appraisers performing work under this contract must have MAI, SRA or APA designation. The purpose of this RFP is to contract with three firms or more each of whom are capable of providing appraisal services associated with properties or property interests that the County seeks to acquire.BID/RFP DOCUMENTSSpecifications ,addendum's and bid forms may be obtained throughBidNet Direct.Bids shall be electronically uploaded.
